The experience includes a brief tasting course focused on Vermouth, its history, and its production techniques. It features a guided tasting by a professional sommelier and a completely blindfolded sensory game to stimulate the senses in a playful and educational manner. At the conclusion, there will be a focus on pairing Vermouth with chocolate and hazelnut-based products or with blue and aged cheeses, thereby highlighting the product’s versatility from happy hour to after-dinner.
